Built for one narrow problem, on purpose
Most pet care sites are built for the easy majority: sociable dogs who do fine in a group. If your dog lunges, barks or panics at the sight of another dog, those sites are worse than useless.
Reactive Dog Stays only lists private stays with confirmed separation from other dogs: no contact at any point during the stay, a separate space, and separation held through handover, walks and garden time. Resident dogs and other animals are disclosed, with their separation confirmed. That is the whole filter. It makes the directory small, and small is the point: every result you see is a result you can act on.
The rules we hold ourselves to
- Featured listings are always labelled. Premium and founding sponsor hosts appear first, and you can always see which listings are paid. The listing rules are the same for everyone.
- We do not take a cut of bookings. You deal with the host directly, on your terms, at their price.
- Empty pages do not get published. A location opens when it has hosts, not before.
- Hosts can leave. Any host can ask to be removed and we remove them, without argument or delay.
- We say when we do not know. If a host has not confirmed a detail, the listing says so rather than guessing.
Where we are now
The directory is new and deliberately small. If your city is not here yet, the fastest way to open it is for a host in that city to list. If you are an owner who knows a host who does this properly, tell us about them.
