Terms of Service

Reactive Dog Stays is an online directory that helps owners find overnight care for dogs who cannot be around other dogs. We do not provide boarding, sitting or any other pet-care service. Bookings, payments and the terms of each stay are agreed directly between the owner and the host.

• Hosts may submit a listing for review. We approve listings only when they meet our separation requirements: no contact, sight, sound or scent of another dog inside the property during the stay, a separate space, and a stated plan for handover, walks and garden time.
• We may edit, reject, unpublish or remove a listing at any time if it no longer meets those requirements, contains inaccurate information, or violates these terms.
• A listing is not an endorsement, guarantee or insurance of the host or the stay. Owners must make their own judgement and ask the host any questions they need before booking.

Paid listing plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If a paid listing is removed for violating these terms, no refund will be issued.

Reactive Dog Stays is not liable for any loss, injury, damage or dispute arising from a stay arranged through the directory. All claims related to a stay must be resolved between the owner and the host. We do not verify hosts beyond the information they provide and the separation requirements we enforce.

You may not use the directory to spam, mislead, harass, or collect data unlawfully. You may not scrape listings or contact details automatically. We may suspend access for violations.

We may update these terms as the directory evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
