What we check, and what we refuse to do

For dog owners

Listings may come from hosts or from public information about their services. Each page shows its confirmation status and the available setup details. Confirm separation, handover, walks and other animals directly with the host.

• Locations open only when they have hosts. We would rather show you three cities than three hundred empty pages.
• Check the setup before booking. Ask about contact with other animals, the dog's space, sight, sound and scent, handover, walks and garden time. Available details appear on the listing.
• You contact the host directly. We take no commission, hold no deposits and run no bookings. Nothing about the arrangement passes through us.

How a listing gets published

1. 1. A listing is created. A host may submit it, or we may create it from public information about the service.
2. 2. Its confirmation status is shown. The page tells you whether the host has confirmed the listing's details.
3. 3. The host can claim or update it. Claiming gives the host a way to keep the page current.
4. 4. Published listings appear in the directory. Publication is not an inspection, endorsement or guarantee of the setup.

What a paid listing gets

A Premium or founding sponsor listing appears first on the homepage, in its city and in its service categories, and gets more room on the page: photos, the full description and an FAQ. Sponsored listings carry a label so owners can see what is paid. Free listings are never hidden. Paid status does not change a listing's confirmation label or the information shown about its setup.

Being honest about our limits

We are a directory, not an inspection body. Unverified listings may come from public information and have not been confirmed by the host. Provider-confirmed details come from the host. We do not visit homes, run background checks or guarantee anyone's judgement. Meet the host, ask hard questions and trust your own reading of the place.
